Please Read and agree to the following terms:

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years and can provide ID on arrival.

All booking fees are non - refundable, unless stated otherwise. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment.

I will attend my appointment alone and arrive on time.

Less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded the 50% deposit you paid.

A consultation form must be completed minimum of 5 days prior if you are booking in any service.

It is your responsibility on booking that the booking policy is read prior and complied to, failure to comply to the policies will result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of deposit.
